Translating English into Logic using the Linguist

The following link is a video that shows a sentence from Project Sherlock being translated from English into first-order logic using the patent-pending  Linguist^tm software.

The hydrophobic ends of the lipids of a cell’s plasma membrane are oriented away from the cell’s cytoplasm.
